    Zeiss Axio Scope

    The Axio Scope can use transmitted or reflected light and can operate in brightfield, darkfield, or DIC mode. The microscope is equipped with a color CCD camera and the AxioVision software package for image analysis. The objective turret contains a 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and a 100x objective.

    Additionally, the microscope has the Zeiss Shuttle and Find capability for correlative optical and scanning electron microscopy with our Auriga 60 FIB-SEM.

    Leica S6E

    The Leica S6E is used for SEM and FIB sample preparation. The microscope has 10x eyepieces for a 6.3x to 40x magnification range and working distance of 110 mm. A 1.6x objective can be installed for a magnification range of 10.1x to 64x and working distance of 55 mm. Samples can be illuminated by transmitted or reflected light.

    Nikon Eclipse LV100

    The Nikon Eclipse can use transmitted or reflected light and can operate in brightfield or darkfield. The microscope is equipped with a color CCD camera and the Nikon Elements software package for image analysis. The objective turret contains a 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and a 100x objective.

    Fees

    There is no charge for microscope use.
