About
The PTI system consist of the QuantaMaster™ steady state spectrofluorometer, LaserStrobe™ for lifetime and time-resolved spectra collection and Integrating Sphere designed for enhanced measurement of quantum yields of solids, films, and powders.
The QuantaMaster™ spectrofluorometer is PTI’s flagship steady state (intensity based) research fluorometer, and is designed for the user who needs the best sensitivity, performance and versatility available.

- Fluorescence Emission/Excitation scans
- Relative and Absolute Quantum Yield
- Thin Film and Powder sample measurements
- Fluorescence Anisotropy
- Kinetic measurements
Fees
Fluorimeter usage is $8/hour. The users must log into the log book prior to using the instrument for billing purposes. The log book comments will help in assessing a possible malfunction which may occur during the user’s time.
